Lizzy - strength & injury recovery

I have been seeing Fran for over two years now, and originally came to her to strengthen the muscles around my knees due to an ongoing injury. She instantly understood my goals with fitness, from the practical injury-related ones, to the aesthetic. With a focus on strength training, something I would never have known how to tackle myself, Fran has helped me to feel stronger than ever, while also feeling the most confident I have ever been in my body. With a changing programme, I am constantly learning new techniques, which I can also implement into my own workout routine and on gym visits I make without Fran.

gareth - wedding prep

I started sessions with Fran as an overweight, unconfident groom, terrified of not fitting into my wedding suit with about two months to go before the big day. Fran was phenomenal at putting me through my paces straight away. The pounds fell off and I not only looked much better but my mental health and outlook on the world has vastly improved. I've now continued working with Fran long after the wedding and look and feel much better for it.

LEE - Strength & Wellbeing

I lost my mum at the end of 2016 and the following year was a real struggle. So I started sessions with Fran and immediately started feeling the benefit, physically and mentally. In the two years we’ve trained together I’ve achieved a body that can finally be seen in a bikini and I have gained so much more strength and energy. Not only is Fran a fantastic, knowledgeable trainer, she is also hugely compassionate and supportive. I look forward to every session we have together.
